Sweet tooth

Kate and I decided to take a break from school and life to make cupcakes this afternoon. We grabbed her cupcake kit and headed up to Alpine with Lauren and attempted to try our hand at the art of cupcake decorating.  Kate did the amazing frosting job and I followed Laurens lead and helped finish them off with Blueberrys. Not to shabby for our first time, eh? 

 
Buttercream cupcakes with white chocolate chips. Rasberry frosting topped with Blueberry's and sprinkles. YUM!


Our handy-dandy helper book. We got the cupcake recipe and the frosting recipe from it. It has TONS of different recipes. They're easy and taste great!


I love this picture. What's the fun in cooking without having a busy kitchen? All the utensils to make our masterpiece plus extra goodies to keep us going!
